HAD TO FIND A LOCAL FLORIST IN CONWAY AR! I have been having issues with the online florists and some of the issues were the arrangements did not look like the picture on the website, delivered in a box and not a vase and customer service was poor. I tried several times looking for florists in Conway. I Googled...florists in Conway AR. There were several and at first it was kind of hard to select the florist I wanted. Some were too pricey; some did not have exactly what I was looking for. I narrowed my search down to Simply Roses by Julie. It was a little difficult in the beginning because when I called by 9am...no one answered. But I kept trying. Once I talked to someone, I was told that I had to order online...no problem AND when I asked about helium balloons, I was told that the tank was down...no problem, then I asked for a stick pin for the arrangement. So, I went online and placed my order and I made sure to give specific instructions about delivery time AND the stick pen. Later that day, I get a call informing me that the delivery could not be made at the specific time due to unforeseen issues...so I said fine, just deliver the arrangement the next day. Once the arrangement was delivered (early the next day) ...my fiancé sent me a picture of arrangement AND I was surprised to see the arrangement WITH a balloon. She LOVED IT!!! And the arrangement looked better than the picture online!!! I must seriously say that...I HAVE FOUND MY LOCAL FLORIST....IN CONWAY AR!!! Delivery Policy
We deliver fresh flowers during our scheduled delivery hours. Orders are delivered on the selected delivery day within the available delivery window.
Delivery days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Holiday schedules: Delivery hours may change during major holidays. Advance ordering may be required.
Recipient availability: If no one is available at the delivery address, the driver may leave the order at the door, attempt another delivery, or return it to the shop depending on the situation.
Recipient contact: The driver may call the recipient before or during delivery if needed.
We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. We also offer exchanges — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
